- Chive oil — whisper over soft eggs.
- Thyme — perfume, not volume.
Our board changes with the ridge. Berries arrive in quiet punnets; herbs keep the edges bright. A handful of heritage hens still walk the boundary—more habit than headline.
Pick what you want to reserve—chefs often call dibs before noon.
We keep a short cold path: shade at pick, soft pack, small ride. The loop returns cooler, the crate rides quiet.
Two quiet matches for a clean plate—notes are suggestions, not rules.
Pick-up times are brief by design—flavor travels better when the day is small.
Tap the days you want. We confirm within the hour if the ridge agrees.
We map flavor with plain words. Hover a segment; the note updates.
Hover a segment to read the note.
We pack by feel and by number—polite weight, quiet crate, labels that tell the truth.
Small lots, neat lines. Tap a line to stamp it reserved.
Tap initials to light a hold. We confirm only what the ridge agrees to.
Left is the produce, right is the echo—acid, oil, salt. Hover to trace a path.
We move quickly and gently—cool enough, never numb.
Flip a card for notes—verbs first, numbers when needed.
Hover an item to see its clean window—taste prefers honesty over longevity.
Days counted in honest cold. We’d rather say “soon” than “later.”
Pick two notes—leaf and echo. We suggest politely; the plate decides.
Short, useful, seasonal. The board rotates slowly; hover to pause.
Pull a drawer to check the label. We sign in green to remember the meadow.
Velvet acid, clean last line. Harvest: afternoon. Carry: cool, not icy.
Quiet crunch, shade first. Harvest: morning. Carry: soft pack.
Crates travel soon after harvest. Weight stays polite; corners stay square.
We keep only what helps us move produce with care: contact details, order notes, and pick-up times. We do not profile visitors, sell data, or chase clicks. No third-party ads, no social pixels.
Data exists to confirm small lots, schedule a cool pick-up, and send seasonal sheets you explicitly ask for. When an order is complete, operational records are archived with limited access.
We store records on systems with access control and routine housekeeping. Backups rotate; exports are encrypted in transit. Paper notes live in a locked drawer in the office.
To exercise any of these, write to hello@eiderfield.local.
Lots are small by intent. Reservations hold for the agreed window; uncollected lots return to the board.
Prices reflect season and labor. Payment is due on collection unless otherwise agreed in writing.
We pack with care and keep a short cold path. Liability is limited to the value of the lot collected.
Cancel by the evening before collection. Weather or field conditions may require us to reschedule.
